What a wild title. Anyway with no S you can eat as you wish as long as it
is
not Snacks...Sugar...And Seconds...very Simple.
A couple of us watch the refined white flour only because of health problems
but that is not part of No S...just a personal choice of mine...I wont
lose
otherwise if I do too many White things...not just Sugar, but also bread,
pasta potatoe and rice.
