Hi NoS'ssers :)
I just posted a message on the shovelglove discussion group
called "New Shovelglove Move etc...Standing Crane"
If any of you care to look at my ridiculous stick figure drawing
which goes with my post/description of the move, it can be found in
the Shovelglove "Photos" section in the folder labled "moves"
Many of the Shovelglove movements indirectly help your abs (as you
can see Reinhard has quite a flat tummy! But they are really upper
body focused and frankly, as a mom who gave birth to an 11
pound "Samson", has always wanted a slimmer waist, and can't stand

situps, this move is a nice option for,
1. working those areas which have taken on a "flabby life of their

own"
and
2. Giving your arms and shoulders a little breather while still
doing your 14 minute workout.
Have a great day :)
Peace and Love,
Debbie
(ps you will probably die laughing when you see my picture!, it is
not a self portrait, keep that in mind!)
