As much as I enjoy it, I have only done it about every other day,
sometimes because I already have some massage scheduled to do on the
same day, but mostly because I want to ease into this somewhat due
to a previous shoulder strain...I think I'll stick with it if I
don't go hog wild right at the beginning...My trademark in the past,
in much of what I do is to be excessive and gung ho at the
beginning, overdo it, then just burn myself out fast...This time I
want the habit to creep up on me like some sort of shovelglove
hypnosis which will stay with me for a long time. :) It is becoming
pretty addictive, in that I really look forward to my next round.
Come on Lee, between you, myself and Dan Yell, we have to balance
out the hormones in the Shovelglove Locker Room :) LOL
Do it when you can...It's better to do it sometime than no times :)
Love,
Deb
PS The last really nice trip I had in Florida was about 20 years
ago. We went snorkeling in John Pennekamp State park on Key
Largo...I found myself suspended above a 12 foot long Manta
Ray...Wow that really was like being in outer space! Unfortunately
when I returned years later, the coral reef was pretty much dead
from all the tourist stuff and motor boats trampling over it. A
shame, but hey I will never forget that first visit.
