I'm so happy for you. You're an inspiration to all
those false starters out there (and there are a lot).
Don't make yourself too crazy with shovelglove. Even I
waited a couple of months after starting no-S before
diving into that. Ben Franklin in his famous log book
of virtues would only concentrate on one at a time,
because he knew that's all he'd have the conscious
energy for. Habit can multi task, you can have a bunch
of them humming along in the background just fine. My
experience is that conscious effort can't. So be
really sure the first habit is cemented before
redeploying your limited reserves of will to the next
behavior. A couple weeks extra, just to be sure, can't
hurt. The converse can.
