Hi Valerie,
I know exactly how you feel. It is so hard. I have been trying
since March and these last few weeks have finally stuck so just keep
trying. What seemed to help me the most is forgetting about having
the healthiest food on my plate and making sure it was full. This
seemed to keep me from starving until the next meal. I tried not to
feel guilty because I was not having broiled fish and green
vegetables. I was just trying to stick to a pattern. Trying to
change a habit was my first goal and still is. It will be three
good weeks tomorrow but today for some reason I am more hungry and I
felt very draggy so I did have a small glass of soda. We aren't
robots. The weekends have definitely been S days. It is a
process. Trying to undo many years of bad habits can't happen over
night.
Be patiet with yourself.
