I am very concerned about it because I am passing

slipping away I don't want to look up 10 years from now and still
have all of the same bad habits.

Hey Val :) I have an 8 year old and I completely agree with you
regarding passing down good habits...It's what you do not what you
say that sticks with kids...So be a hero to yourself and someone
very special to you, your daughter..You are right to be concerned.
You are the biggest role model in her life.
Stay in the present, that will keep you grounded...The future will
take care of itself...
Heres a little quote I saved from a trip into the city one day. I
was going to school and very worried about how my classes would go.
I always pray and meditate, and when things "come to me" I heed the

signs...Again, keep in mind, I was really really worried that day.
On the wall behind my train seat, someone had stuck a three inch
strip of yellow paper with these words:

"Release that which is going out. Embrace that which is coming in.

Leave alone that which has not yet come. Want nothing, and embrace
everything."

There was no "author" credited so I can only guess at the original

source of the message :)
Have a great day!
Love,
Deb
