Hello,
My name is Ramonda. I found a link to this group on a bulletin board (mothering.com)
and after reading some of the information, I think this might be right up my alley. I
have been on atkins and weight watchers. I hate having to keep track of stuff, but I
also don't like the out of control feeling I have with my eating right now.
I am going to check out the home page some more to get more details but my basic
understanding right now is...
No sweets, snacks, or seconds except on weekends and holidays. Is that about
it?
