board (mothering.com) and after reading some of the information, I
think this might be right up my alley. I have been on atkins and
weight watchers. I hate having to keep track of stuff, but I also
don't like the out of control feeling I have with my eating right

Hey Ramonda, cool name, and great quote!
I am starting my second month, and feeling very content about No
S. I have yet to do it perfectly, but, usually am about 80 to 90
percent with it, and this plan and group has given me real hope and
comfort. This plan is one of the only times I have read about a diet
and immediately it resonated for me. That instinctual "light" came
on right away...I think that you should go up an alley and/or out on
a limb (hmmm that sounds dangerous, lol)
This is the most "grounded in reason" diet that you will probably
ever find. It just makes sense...To paraphrase another member when
they read Reinhards site info, "my brain knew it was right"
The general consensus is that the first few weeks are the most
challenging, but they are not really hard...
Being on No S is in the beginning, like going out on a limb, because
it's something new and possibly you have your doubts, but to me I
think it is more akin to *already* being on a limb, aimless, worried
about staying overweight, and then finally having a real safety net
with built in parameters designed for you to succeed... The plan is
simple, honest, and excellent if you would prefer a
less "micromanaging" system than the countless plans around these
days. You'll love it :)
Welcome and good luck :)
Love,
Debbie
