As for your question about post-dinner cravings, I'll
second Deb's advice: 1) fruit with dinner can take off
the desert edge and 2) keep the really bad stuff out
of temptations reach -- on S-days, buy only what
you'll consume right away. Other important "tricks" to
keep in mind: keep the portions sufficiently (even
excessively) large till you build proper meal habits
and drink plenty of water (thirst is often confused
for hunger).
