Thanks for checking the measures for me. I had a check myself and found
that weights are the same in the UK as the US. Volumes are different. The
US
gallon is smaller than ours. The pound is 454 grams in both places The
easiest conversion of Kilos to Pounds is double the number and add 10%
It's
pretty accurate. A metre is about 10% longer than a yard too. The mushroom
stew is basically a Stroganoff recipe, but naturally lower in Calories
and
delicious. I love vegetarian food and make a variety, but I do eat meat
too.
I am conscious that an animal gave its life for my food and try not to
waste.
