... well, at least behind its biggest principal, which is simply to
eat less.

I was reading a health magazine I got that mentioned a study to
explain the so-called French paradox - why they can eat lots of
saturated fat but yet are still thinner than Americans. It turns out
they have smaller portion sizes and eat less than their counterparts
in the United States. Did a quick search for this study, and found a
link to an MSN article about it:

The No-S takes a different approach to eating less than the French do,
but regardless, I'd say there is now more science behind the
underlying principal behind the No-S diet than there is behind most
other diets :-)

Just thought this was interesting and worth posting...
