I tried reading up on plateaux in dieting and found that either you need more calories, because you have cut down too much and your body has gone into starvation mode OR you need to add more exercise into your regime. I plan to go to the gym more, but I'm pushed for time at the moment. We're writing the kids' school reports at the moment.It's a long job.
