Hi Hana, I agree that sometimes is the case, but I think my problem has been taking in a little too many calories. I was indulging a little too much. I wasn't starving. Yesterday, I was quite hungry most of the day in between meals. I was curious if all of you just eat 3 meals of whatever you want or if you take calorie count into consideration, such as set aside 500 calories per meal to keep your caloric intake at 1500 per day? I personally work out 5-6 days a week for about 45-60 mins. each session. From what I have heard from other teachers, it does require a lot work and time. I don't work full-time and I work out at home. ~Lissa I tried reading up on plateaux in dieting and found that either you need more calories, because you have cut down too much and your body has gone into starvation mode OR you need to add more exercise into your regime. I plan to go to the gym more, but I'm pushed for time at the moment. We're writing the kids' school reports at the moment. It's a long job. Hana [Non-text portions of this message have been removed] |
