Hang in there, Donna. Think how good that next meal is going to taste if you hold out. Maybe even plan something nice as a reward. Other ideas besides black coffee: 1) water with lemon. Fancy glasses help. 2) have some juice or milk. Yes, these have calories, but they're better than messing up.
