Thanks for the welcome ! Well, today is my first day. I've done breakfast and lunch
ok. I do have a question though.How hard is it to have sweets on weekends and not go
crazy with it ? Does te methodof only what you can get on a plate hold true for
weekends ? This seems to be the way we ought to be eating anyways, so I'm glad I ran
across this plan and group. Warmly, Louann
