I think the goal is to plan during the week what special treat or 2 you
will
indulge in on the weekend. Look forward to it. Then, on the weekend, eat
your treats guilt free. For me, anyway, the weekend isn't for going all
out
crazy and stuffing myself. I still stop eating before I feel that "full"
feeling. I still eat sensibly except that I add a few extra things in that
I wouldn't normally eat.
I think the planning part is key, especially if you have the tendency to
go
a bit overboard.

Thanks for the welcome ! Well, today is my first day. I've done breakfast
and lunch ok. I do have a question though. How hard is it to have sweets
on
weekends and not go crazy with it ? Does te methodof only what you can
get
on a plate hold true for weekends ? This seems to be the way we ought to
be
eating anyways, so I'm glad I ran across this plan and group. Warmly, Louann
