The die is cast." Meaning the decision has been made, there is no 
turning
back. 

Diet: The usual food and drink for a person or animal. 

Diet: A formal Assembly

hmmmm.......so.........I have decided to assemble my usual healthy diet 
in
order to shape myself into a better me until the goal is reached. Perfect!

Did you all ever notice that diet has the word die in it.Maybe 
because thats how you feel sometimes when you are on one, that you 
are going to die if you don't eat what you want, when you want 
it.::)
