welcome.
well, I'm not a good exemplar. I'm one of the people still working on
getting their 3 weeks under their belt.
so mine isn't an advice email, really. however .... lol .... I do have
some
views.
keep is simple, don't make up any more rules than there already are (unless
you have medical reasons to do so). the beauty and its do-ability lies
in
its simplicity.
and once you have got the no-s habit going, look to the urban ranger and
shovel push and get them in place.
also, you can have fruit - other no-sers I'm fairly sure that's right? -
as
long as it is part of your meals.
the other thing I have found helpful, is if after a meal I feel like I
want
a bit of sweetness, I chew some chewing gum.
