Jen,
I've been no-s'ing for a few years now -- almost since its inception.
And the first three were definitely the most difficult.
Anyhow, I also chew a little gum after a meal. Or even better, I try
to brush my teeth not long afterwards. That's because I'm lazy and
if I brush my teeth, I won't want to eat again b/c it'll just mean
I'll have to brush my teeth again!
