I have been on the Weight Watchers diet for three years now.
Maintenance for two and find that keeping a diary at the start was
important for me. I always tended to have little nibbles all the
time and when I started to add them up boy was I surprised. That is
why this way of life appeals to me. I no longer worry about the in
between meal snacking as I am no longer doing that. I only have to
calculate three times a day and can now do that in my head. I use
the point system of keeping track of food consumption. I find now
that when I start to creep up on the scales I have to start
jounalizing again and then I realize what is going wrong. I stopped
the one line subscribtion to WW and now not am I already saving
money from Nos I am also not completely food obsessed! Good Luck
and keep on S'ing!
