Thanks for all the help and encouragement. So i'm ready to start 
this tomorrow AM. It's 5.45pm in the UK and pitch dark. I've sent 
the kids out trick or treating but it's such a small thing here 
compared to the US. Here we don't really bother about special foods 
today so there are no additional temptations. Fireworks night on 
Friday is much bigger here. It's always on November 5th.

what sort of things do you all eat for lunch? I'm a sales rep and 
i'm on the road every day at lunch time so i need to be able to 
bring stuff with me that's easy to make and bung in the car. Any 
ideas would be gratefully received.
