Well lately, because I work on Friday nights, I got into the Halloween
leftovers. I stopped after 2 small pieces, which for me is a good piece
of
self control....but prior to that I had a pear for dessert, was not hungary,
it was a very slow night for some reason in our store, and so out of boredom
I had a decaf, then I had peppermint tea-in both I put Splenda, because
I
was craving Sugar....like last Friday night when I was like Debbies little
boy, and pigged out on lollipops, well, finally I ate an apple, then I
caved
in and had a copule of candies, like last week thinking..it is almost an
S
day, but it was not an S day. Hopefully I will do better next Friday. I
am
proud that I stopped after 2 pieces though, instead of a binge...I was
shaking for sugar...for me it is addictive! I now wonder if the Splenda
made
my craving worse!
Deb, cheer up! We love you! Maybe you are feeling the after effects of
Haloween?
