Dear NOSDIET.....
I must admit I have not been careful as usual, as lately I am helping a
friend start up a chocolate business, besides splitting long days with
my
husband in our own Video store. Between the 10 to 12 hour work days and
the constant exposure to European chocolate, it is a set up for falling
back
Up until now I have been doing pretty good, although I dont like that we
have been eating a lot of fast food, with the no s a meal is a meal, but
I
do sneak home and cook healthy as often as possible. Found myself picking
at
the chocolates yesterday, just a couple, and after that, eating a couple
of
Trick or Treat candies. Well, I will call that a S
day and tonight is a party, so that will be an S day, but Sunday will be
a
no S day this week so I can get back on track.

Two things to say about Halloween:

1) You're going to enjoy it as if you were a little
kid again.

2) Watch out for those candy corns. It's a little too
much sugar for someone who's not used to it --shock to
the system. I got a bit of a headache last year. Kind
of a good sign, in a way, that you're body has really
changed, but not fun.
