...So true Virginia. Thanks for writing. The thing with bipolar
depression, is that my mood swings can be so drastic and impact my
perspective more than someone who has a generally dysthymic
personality. Tiny shifts in hormones can make me go off the deep
end, and the whole world looks completely different, a glistening
radiant jewel or a grisly ghastly nightmare (remember that Doors
song "People are Strange", when I am in a very depressed state, it's
like the lyrics to that one, kind of....)

....Absolutely not :) My S days are great, and guilt free, infact
Richard reminded me to go and get some Haagen Daz Chocolate dipped
chocolate icecream bars.... I don't overload on S days... My problem
was that I was sad, lonely and it was night time, after daylight
saving time ended.... I need to get out in the sun more, that always
makes me feel great!
