mentally getting on the damn thing?? Try the red slash method to
define your success for a week then get on and if you maintained
your weight great you didnt gain. if you lost, thats wonderful and
pat your self on the back and we will too. I say the scale is evil.
It never tells me what i want it to say. I personally define success
if my clothes get a bit looser, after a week. Daily success if i
stayed on the diet another day with no sweets.Hang in there and try
not weighing tomorrow. I literally put mine away, after one time
getting on it and it showed i had lost 15#, so i went to try a
smaller size on and they didnt fit(jeans) i nearly thru the thing
out the window.LOL. It was hard at first because that is HOW i
defined my success just like you.BUt just like you i would get on,
had gained a # or 2 and either eat or starve. Neither healthy
emotionally. One day at a time Cat. You can do it:)) Julie(Sorry if
i am a bit harsh today- I really dont know whats going on with me
today-maybe Debs PMS is rubbing off somehow:))

gained 10 lbs it kind of puts the brakes on my eating i guess
