Otherwise I
can fill up on water and feel good about it. Overhydration isn't a
problem under normal circumstances.

Anyway, I probably won't post much, but wanted to say hello.

Hi Sam,
I find that on the nights I work late, and mind now I own a video store
and am surrounded with soda, popcorn, candy, and cappiccino, and in the
summer...add frozen custard to that list...all Esses by the way!...well
anyway, I often do some tea, or caffine free coffee...'cause it is late,
or
even diet pop..
It often is just thrist if you ate your fill at dinner. I had the same
problem of too many mini meals which pile on the weight, and keep you in
a
state of constant hunger by the way. I now find that I even don't get
Hypoglycemic anymore, because now I have decided to eat a Real Meal...just
not supersize...but more than my sugar free yougart and two hard boiled
eggs
..or Salad, like I was doing.
Bonnie
