LOL, people always say when I tell them I teach aerobics that it must keep = me in shape, my reply is always "you'd think so wouldn't you?" lol. Seriou= sly I know my body is in much better shape than it was before in terms of s= trength, endurance, and all the good cardio for my heart. But with my eati= ng habits, the weight has still piled on. :) And yes I suppose starting t= he NoS diet on the weekend is not really starting it LOL. gave me a day to= mentally prepare i suppose. *grin* So far so good today, everytime i've w= anted to snack, I've grabbed a glass of water instead. So now here she is=20 dong the diet with me, my bad eating habits rubbed off on her in the=20 womb apparently( a new study suggests it all starts in the womb and=20 how our mothers ea) Makes sense.
