How right you are. A good example of the either/or thinking that's led to so many diet failures for me -- either grimly complying with, or wantonly rejecting, dietary restrictions. It will be an effort for me to turn that off, and let the non-S habits carry over in a natural way. I feel almost an obligation to revert to the above. But I intend to make the effort. Let me add how charming I found your website: A librarian! Cambridge, MA! The shovelglove! The open face sandwich for breakfast! The German thang! The literate writing! The 52 slides of an exercise called "no name"!
