Hana, and you can prepare the night before, and you can make it no fat

no sugar! Put one cup no fat ,no sugar yougart, plus splenda, plus a flavor,
I use vanilla, then I add one third of a cup of slow cook oatmeal-no instant
5 minute or more to cook kind-and add 0ne third of frozen fruit...normally
unsweetened berries, and for a little good for you fat 0ne eight of a cup
of
chopped walnuts, or almonds. You can use half an apple instead of berries,
or pear.
This is about 350 calories, portable, and ready to eat, if you make it
at
least two hours ahead, or the night before.
