Hi everyone -- can't understand why No-S is, in fact, working; why
I'm approaching three weeks on it and still adhering and enjoying
every day! I've done similar things. I've TRIED "3 meals a day
only" programs before, and couldn't stick it out.
Approaching three weeks; of course, these particular three weeks have
had more S-days than would be typical. Or desirable, frankly.
Next few days, the dreaded PMS week will hit. Don't know if this is a
figment of my imagination or not, but either way, it's where my diets
generally crash and burn in a flurry of Laffy Taffy wrappers and
Quarter Pounder boxes.
Hope I'll be writing again on Jan 1, with success. So far, 6 pounds
lost.
