I think that fruit is fine. I eat it frequently as a side-dish with a
meal, or as part of breakfast. Most fruit has so many positive
nutritional qualities, it'd be a shame to give that up.... it's
certainly more nutritional (and less fat) than french fries or potato
chips!
I'm a little more careful about fruit juice... you can consume a lot
of calories there without much effort, but at least it has some
nutritional value (vitamin C), but just eating the fruit and drinking
water would probably be a better option.
Fruit desserts and syrups, on the other hand, are best reserved for S
days. :-)
