okay, so i read the entire NoSDiet website, and even read what all 
the links were about. The shovelglove. What an interesting concept. 
I was wondering if there was anyone here who did it, and what they 
thought. I'm considering giving it a try, (at the risk of being 
laughed at by my mom, and stared at by my cats.) But I'm looking for 
other's input before I go out and buy my own sledgehammer. :)
