I have just gone back to fruit teas, no calories and I need to increase
my
water intake to protect my kidneys. My last test for urea was just a little
ouside the target range and, having diabetes is a kidney risk factor.I
keep
all the blood glucose readings on target.I control those things I can,
better than weight.
