Hi Cat!
T-tapp is a type of exercise invented and perfected by Teresa Tapp,
who used to work w/models to help them get their bodies back into
shape after having babies. Teresa decided that so many more people
could benefit from the workout, so she created the T-tapp system and
has put out quite a few tapes (and will have a book out next year).
The exercises basically rebuild your inner core muscles, and doing
the moves can cause you to lose quite a few inches in a matter of
mere weeks! The exercises seem to have a little of everything in
them: part Pilates, part Yoga, part Tai Chi, part dance theory, etc
etc... If you go to the home page www.t-tapp.com you can read more,
download some moves to do for free, or post on the forums there (t-
tappers are some of the nicest and most supportive people around).
And if a question cannot be answered on the forums, call the 800
number and her staff is very helpful (and sometimes Teresa herself
will talk with you on the phone if you have a particular dilemma). I
hope this info helps you get a slightly better understanding!
Beth
