Hey Amber, Myself, I often do any kind of tea, or decaf coffee, tiny bit of milk or cream in it, or a diet pop, my choice being with Splenda, as I am a little sensitive to other artificial sweeteners. But that is it. If you need 4 meals instead of 3 , cut them down in size naturally, but be sure you wait at least 4 hours in between or you are totally gonna miss the boat! Have no doubt...this works, slow but sure and painless! Bonnie in regards to: Amber wrote.......................... .
