gone forever. Since the 3rd i must tell you and everyone i am one 
belt notch tighter on the belt i wear most everyday with my work 
jeans. YEAH for me. Being back to work brings more structure to my 
daily life of eating as i have no time for snacking at work and 
stores are too far away to go out for anything. One thing i would 
like to work on is cutting back on my coffee. I have mastered Diet 
Pepsi and only allow myself one on the weekends if i am desperate 
for something cold and fizzy.But its the exception not the rule. If 
i could cut out my 3pm coffee that would be good. It fills me up too 
much and i go home feeling bloated at 4:30pm.I went without coffee 
for 3 years after a church wide fast started one Jan. I didnt have 
any other vices except coffee that would truly be hard to do. So i 
did it for 3 years until one day starbucks & I had an encounter on a 

hot and muggy day and that was the beginnning of my new caffeine 
addiction.:) ah true love ! true passion ! well i must go now. talk
