Dear No S Group,
First what is WOE? woe is me, cause I know not! But the best thing that
went along with No S, was the site that Deb sent- saying to wait 4-6 hours
between meals...I try to never do less than 4 anyway, and to put equal
portions of meat, or protein, and carb...being all the other stuff. I don't
count green and other low carb veges, but the article said don't even eat
them in between. This is No S...just a couple more details added, and works
great. All I have in between is mostly
water, sometimes decaf coffee, too old for too much caffeine, and no sugar,
no caf diet soda, preferring no nutrasweet also.
