Hi,
I accindentally stumbled over the nosdiet website while I was
actually looking for another diet to go on (which would have failed
of course) last night. This program makes so much sense and should
really be called "the no b------t program" because it's not a diet at
all.
I have tried every diet known to man several times over and every
self help program out there. I've tried eating only when I'm hungry
and eating whatever I want, but always ended up bingeing on the
sweets I was allowed to have. My big downfall is sweets - chocolate
and baked goods.
I am feeling particulary desperate to lose some weight right now
because I'm getting married in Hawaii in June and want to look good
in my wedding dress. I'm a size 12 and weigh about 170. I'm tall
and would like to take off about 25-30 pounds. I know deep down that
dieting is not the answer and I really feel like this program can
give me the tools to re-train my willpower which has been nonexistent
in the last several years.
