I started last Saturday, so by Monday I could tell myself I'd been on the
diet two days already with no problems ;-). So far the only "cheating"
I
did this week was a couple of hard ginger candies that I sucked on to stop
coughing, and two samples of chicken salad at the grocery store, so I could
decide which one to buy. Not too shabby considering the super high stress
week I've had. I just hope I actually drop some weight!

idea to help get rid of the last 10 lbs of baby weight & then

more "ess" than before I got pregnant..hahhaha. I suppose starting
these changes on a Friday is a bit counterintuitive - but I am going
on a long hike tomorrow, so I will not be tempted to turn Saturday
