I started last Saturday, so by Monday I could tell myself I'd been on the diet two days already with no problems ;-). So far the only "cheating" I did this week was a couple of hard ginger candies that I sucked on to stop coughing, and two samples of chicken salad at the grocery store, so I could decide which one to buy. Not too shabby considering the super high stress week I've had. I just hope I actually drop some weight!
