Hi Reinhard,
This is day 4 of nos and I'm doing well. I don't know if I've actually lost
any weight (I'm trying not to focus on the #s) but I feel like my willpower
is so much stronger. The thing that you said about us not needing sweets and
desserts everyday, but only every so often as a treat, really has stuck in
my mind. I had been thinking I needed sweets (or even fake sweetened things)
everyday.
Again, thanks for coming up with this program!
