Thanks for putting this out for our inspirational needs :) Congrats mysterious NoS "woman" ! Was that within one year? Hmmm... Whatever, it's great! That's how much I would like to lose, but I believe it will take at least 2 years for me (unless I exercise a lot more and very dilligently from Spring to Winter this year, then maybe a bit faster?) >There will come a point when habit, like an invisible spotter, will carry most of the burden for you. It'll sit there in the gym doing a million reps while you are free to move about and worry about other stuff. ....Reinhard this is a wonderful analogy! Love it! Give yourself two "tweaks" from grateful Deb. Ha ha :) Tony Roberts, Dr. Phil, and other "Gurus" move your inspirational booties over, Reinhard is here to stay! Seriously though, the spotter thing is great! Creative and imaginary powers are with us to use for our highest good, so why not in diet efforts? I agree that once some good habits are really in place, it really does feel like you have your own spotter, ready to help you out and "catch" things before they get out of hand... Okay, enough lavish praise for now... All bow to the King of the land of NoS! LOL Peace and Love, Deb :) See you on SG, time to warm up my freezing fingers and "pump" shovel |
