I had a blip, where although I did the right things, the weight didn't 
move.
I am still being good(most of the time) and not weighing myself, so I don't
get despondent if I don't lose, because I don't know. i do Pilates, which 
i
find hte best form of exercise for me. It helps with the muscles that don't
respond properly since my stroke in July2003
