I have finished a little over 1 week of NoS and have lost 3 lbs! (although I think at least 1 lb of that is post-PMS water weight!) I decided not to treat MLK day as an S day - I am trying to be fairly strict with myself until I am just in weight maintanance. I have found that having sugar fee gum around is great for times when I used to snack -- and a cup of tea after dinner (w/o sugar - but suit your self if you need it) is great for that feeling that I still need "a little something" before bed. I love reading everyone's posts!! Keep it up - even if you are only snacking & having sweeties on weekends - that's 104 days a year!! When you think of it that way it sounds like more than enough. --Kate |
