Dear Savells, I have cousins named Saville. My dr told me coffee is bad for hypoglycemics, but if it helps you....hey , whatever works! No S is not about no C. I once asked if I could have some before breakfast and the answer was yes! I love "yes" because I love coffee. After the first couple cups though, I do switch to decaf, because I get too shaky. And I usually use milk, but sometimes a little cream...it is six of one half dozen of the other as one uses less cream. I use 3 meals and one small snack at night such as a sugarless jello, with cream, or no sugar yougart, or all fruit popsicle. I need that fourt little something as I tend toward hypoglycemia myself. Just make sure you have some protein at your 3 meals. Bonnie.....not the Blue one. -------Original Message------- From: us4savells ------------------------ Yahoo!
