lol :c)
Well, actually, have you looked at the Starbucks website? You can
customize how you want your drink and get specifics (give or take a
bit depending on the barrista) on calories for each drink. Check out
the Chantico! :c) lol
And I don't have any need for whipped cream - I lost a lot of my
unhealthy habits a long time ago... again, thanks to my many
diets... :c)
I am a size 12 and would like to lose 10 lbs. Would be wonderfully
happy if I lost 20 or 25.... then I could not complain about
myself :c) I'm being so careful and exercising more.... except I'm
hoping to get a big ole Big Mac today - just because..... I crave one
and haven't enjoyed one in forever - thanks again to all of my
diets :c) lol
So - wish me luck convincing DH!! :c)
I added some weight / muscle building exercises to my workouts today -
it's not hard and I hope it works... must go find heavier weights
than the 2 lb ones :c) And I wrote when I started each thing on my
calander - so I can watch for a difference. And I'm so happy to have
my scale hiding. It's not coming out until I see a real difference in
my body. And I'm not going to get discouraged for a while! So
there!! :c)
I'm sort of excited. And very very hungry!! Must get food! Now :c)
Thanks for all of the help and encouragement. And that whipped cream
exercise sounds good. How bout I put Hershey's Kisses instead?? ;c)
