So I had a couple of small brisket pieces more. Now you know I'm not perfect.... Have a great weekend, everyone. Sheila ...Hi Sheila :) Firstly, sorry for your loss in the family, I hope you are getting the support and love you need. Kudos for not using food as too much of a sedative in a stressful situation :) Second, no one is perfect, and no one is expecting anybody to be perfect here...Perfection? Who needs it? Last year there was a whole perfection thread and the consensus opinion is that personal progress is a much healthier mindset. However, I too, like to post when I feel I'm slipping up a little, heck I just like to post! LOL... Keeps my mind on track and purges the "overeating demons" that are lurking and waiting to get a hold of me... This group is always here for support that way, and I am eternally grateful for the opportunity to be able to put my feelings out there, knowing that others are sharing my experience :) Congratulations on your experience so far!
