What knocks me right out is a combination of a cold house and something 
warm
on my stomach, like a hot water bottle or heating pad. I have trouble
sleeping at all if the house is too warm, which is strange, since I prefer
warm when awake.



The only other thing that keeps me awake is thinking about real life things,
like, job, school or whatever. I have to distract myself with a book or
make up a story in my head.
