returning to the sleep theme, I've noticed another pitfall from lack of sleep: tiredness. When I am tired I am less likely to prepare something nutritious and also I am more likely to fall back into old eating habits - essentially the carb/fat quick fix. building new habits takes energy. I even think to sleep well regularly you need to not be too tired. sounds paradoxical but I think it is true. cheers jen [Non-text portions of this message have been removed] |
