Ha ha, this is funny! Good use of creative energy! what melody goes 
with it? Believe it or not, this is just a natural part of going 
forwards... It's a setback Ginny, don't sweat it.. It means you 
really are changing... it takes time. Don't worry, next time you get 
close to overdoing it, remember your song and just run like hell!
