Deb: My breakfast meal has never been regular.
Sometimes it was non-existent, sometimes it was coffee
or tea, and sometimes it was a 20 oz Pepsi with a
sausage biscuit from Whataburger! I'm not sure of the
calorie content of the juice; it its the same as,
less, or more than the whole fruit. Like Julie pointed
out though, it comes out to about only 8 oz of juice,
at the most. When I decided what to have, I envisioned
my bowl of cereal (about a cup and 1/2) in the middle
of the plate surrounded by all the fruit, topped with
toast. It was a tight fit in my head, but it made it!

Julie: Congratulations on your daughter's 20# weight
loss, thats awesome! I love the 'earthy' taste of
fresh fruit and vegetable juice.

As for making it to lunch on that breakfast, well, I
ate bf at 7:30, and ate lunch early at about 11:45
because of work obligations. I just finished dinner
(6:00) and am hoping that I'll make it to bed before I
get hungry again! LOL! I find that my meals will
generally keep me satisfied from 4-5 hours before I
start getting hungry.

Thanks for the comments. Happy Nossing!

What does it mean to be Samurai? To devote yourself utterly to a set of moral
principles. To seek a stillness of your mind. And to master the way of the sword.
